A Cost Estimate is the approximation of cost of a project. A problem with cost overrun can be avoided with a credible, reliable and accurate cost estimate. A cost estimator is the professional who estimate cost and the process is known as cost estimation. As project progress from Planned to Completion the variation in the Cost Estimates decreases. Any cost estimate should also take care of contigency which actually decreases as project progresses with time. Construction Cost should include all components of Labour, Material, Plant & Machinery and Overheads. There are various methods of monitoring the cost of construction project. One of the most famous method is Earned Value Analysis with deals with linked Budget even to Schedule Progress.

What we do
We define the work breakdown structure for the projects and estimate cost using PERT approach on historical data. This data is spread with timeline of project for generating the cashflow which is monitored using Earne Value Analysis. We have capacity to monitor all ranges of project. Cost Estimation get detailed as the project progresses with time and needed to be monitored at regular intervals.
