The beauty of the building are the curved linear walls, spiral staircase, cavity walls, curved windows, terracotta Jali, etc. The project management tools used by Manomav have helped us in foreseeing the progress and critical issues all the time with resolutions. The Buffer Management Technique and weekly critical path review (CPR) reports has been very effective in the over all successful delivery. The complexity of the project and weather conditions were a big huddle. It was a remarkable feat achieved by the efforts of all.
