Delivery was tough as many external conditions has gave a setback to project of 2 months but due to Hard work and proper Management process, it got delivered in duration of 24 months.

Ensuring Timely Project Delivery is most challenging aspect for any Developer. Planning is easy but implementation is tough.
Project started in December 2017 and Manomav was on board on project in Feb 2018. Only few footings were casted till that. Availability of right Aggregate for Concrete became biggest challenge. Project got delayed due to this as Quality was a top priority for Developers as well as Manomav team. Project lost crucial time. Apart from this loss, It was a situation where everyone involved in project started losing hope on project delivery which could further delayed the project.
Project got delayed by 2 months but Manomav Believes in getting everything planned as well as Implement at site. We did same thing without wasting more time. We have taken following steps which worked for delivery on time.
